During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Boss By Nature Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
